The Peran Person-Organization Fit, Person-Job Fit, dan Kepuasan Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Dosen Universitas Terbuka.
Abstrak
Dosen adalah tenaga profesional dan sarjana yang kinerjanya dinilai berdasarkan keberhasilannya dalam memenuhi tiga pilar perguruan tinggi yang disebut Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi: pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Mereka memikul tanggung jawab atas tugas-tugas ini, mengandalkan keterampilan, pengalaman, dan dedikasi mereka dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Kinerja dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemajuan karir akademiknya dan kualitas institusi pendidikan tinggi. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dosen antara lain person-organization fit, person-job fit, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak LISREL Versi 8.72. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran person-organization fit, person-job fit, dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja dosen di Universitas Terbuka. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 223 orang. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Kesesuaian Person-Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada dosen Universitas Terbuka; Person Job Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada dosen Universitas Terbuka; Kesesuaian Person-Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Terbuka; Person Job Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Terbuka; Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Terbuka; Person-Organization Fit dan Person Job Fit secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Terbuka; dan Person-Organization Fit, Person Job Fit, dan Job Satisfaction secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Terbuka.
